Upon registration each playing team pays a team fee plus a fee per participant.
Fee per participant is paid for all players, coaches and team leaders with the exception of 2 coaches/team leaders per team.
Enrolment is binding and will not be registered until payment for participant fee has been received.
Deadline for Brøndby Cup registration is May 15, 2010

Participant fee is due by June 1, 2010.
Team fee: 2100 DKK
Participant fee per player: 899 DKK
Additional night: 50 DKK
Meals only (no accomodation): 650 DKK
When a team has played its final match, a 1000 DKK team fee refund will be given
Teams that do not require accomodation pay team fee only.

Participant fee includes:
• Brøndby Cup participation
• Full accomodation from Saturday evening to Thursday lunch - a total of 15 meals
• Accomodation on a local school near the stadium (in walking distance for the most part)
• Free shuttle bus
• Free entrance at Brøndby Stadium if Brøndbys League team plays a League match during the Cup
• Admission to Cup disco
• 1 t-shirt per Brøndby Cup participant
• 1 football per team signed by Brøndby IF’s Mens-League players
• 2 tickets per club for the managers’ meeting. Additional tickets can be purchased

Additional food:
Breakfast 45 DKK per person, lunch 50 DKK per person, evening meal 60 DKK per person.
We offer pre-order meals at the club cafeteria for those arriving earlier or leaving later. See prices above.
We do NOT provide meals for food allergies and dietary requirements, but we will assist in referring you to the nearest shopping centre.

Other bus transport:
On rerequest, bus tranfsfer to and from the Cup area Can be organized on arrival and departure. Please contact the Brøndby Cup office for a price request.
