Faxe Kondi was introduced in 1971 as an "extra fuel to the brain and muscles." A sports drinks with grape sugar was never seen in the Danish market before.

Faxe Kondi was developed in collaboration with the doctor Knud Lundberg, who also had professional careers in basketball, handball and football. As the only Dane ever he was on the national team in all three sports at the same time.

Sports Stars and Faxe Kondi has always been linked. Over the years, Faxe Kondi been recommended by many high profile players on the Danish national football team - including Jesper Olsen, Preben Elkjaer, Allan Simonsen, Brian and Michael Laudrup, Frank Arnesen and Soren Larsen. Also golf player Thomas Bjorn, badminton player Peter Gade and handball player Anne Dorthe Tanderup and Josephine Touray is on the list of stars who have a place in Faxe Kondi history.

But Faxe Kondi is not just for the elite. It has always been important for Faxe Kondi to support the sport locally, and today Faxe Kondi sponsors about 1,000 Danish clubs in virtually all sports.

Faxe Kondi - Denmark's leading sports drink in more than 30 years

Faxe Kondi was developed in collaboration with the doctor Knud Lundberg for over 30 years ago. With its unique combination of lime, lemon and grape sugar, it has been loved by generation after generation of active Danes for its refreshing taste. The rainbow-colored energy drink has its natural relationship with sports clubs and delivers  "extra fuel to the brain and muscles" for so many, that it has long been - and remains - Denmark's undisputed leading sports drink.
